    Appontment Update

    Practice Appointment Update 13th March 2020 Please do not attend the surgery to book an appointment. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, if you need an appointment please ring the surgery and you will be given a telephone appointment with a GP. The GP will contact you to discuss your symptoms and ask you screening questions. They will ask you come to surgery if they need to examine you. From Monday 16th March we will be moving all our essential nurse and GP appointments to our Lofthouse Site. The Manse Site will be closed to patients until further notice. During the coronavirus outbreak if you need to request a prescription, you can use our online service, email info.lofthousereception@nhs.net, or post a request through our letter boses - please ensure you have nominated a pharmacy where you want to collect your medication from - or alternatvely call reception for advice. The symptoms are similar to other illnesses that are much more common, such as cold and flu. If you suspect that you or someone you know has come into contact with the virus please: Please DO NOT go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. Call 111 or go online via the NHS 111 website where there is an online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need medical help and advise you what to do.
